Rampa de injectoare a fost data jos sau ai spalat asa ?
Cod de filtru K&N am sa va dau cand ajunga acasa, acum sunt in concediu dar atentie ca e cam fenomenal de sculp dupa parerea mea.

Salut! Am o problema la z10xe 2003 pe corsa cu trepidatii la accelerari usoare si nu ii dau de cap, am curatat clapeta, admisie, egr, debitmetru curat, nu are erori, am scos mufa de la sonda lambda, acceasi problema, tremuratul se manifesta ca aici :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdJD0LATbQY

Salut!
Astazi am curatat cele doua furtunuri ce ies din capac motor si pe cel mic l-am dat jos
L-am scos din spatele galeriei de admisie si de unde l-am scos am bagat mica surubelnita sa vad daca e gaura si nu e!
Ce rost are acest furtun daca nu duce nicaeri?
Acolo e si o supapa, sau o electrosupapa care are o teava d plastic care merge la un moment dat paralela cu cea de tur de benzina! Cei cu ea ?

ney, posibil sa ai galeria de admisie murdara si de asta nu intra surubelnita pe acea gaura, nu era furtun acolo degeaba. Pe interiorul galeriei se depunde un strat dur, gros si unsuros de la uleiul ars ce vine pe acele furtune ce recupereaza din capac culbutori. Trebuie demontata galeria si curatata strasnic, gasesti tutorial pe forum pentru asta.

Corect, are gaura dar e de 1mm diametru si valva aia e de purjare vapori, la primele C cu motoare XE este pe filtrul de aer, la XEP este pe admisie.

Electrovalva descarca vapori de benzina in rezervor ?sau invers
Masina are 115mii si merge f bine ,consuma 6 incarcata la drum, cu ulei gm 5w30 la 7-8000,benzina 95 efix rompetrol, bujii cu un electrod din manual
Trebuie sa o turez mai tare cand vreau sa ma duc la viteza mai repede, dar nu todeauna
Clapeta curatata, baie si sorb,semering vibrochen tija clapete unsa (fara joc) si asta e!

GM 5w30 nu e chiar o solutie, de la el e acel strat gros de mazga de pe admisie. Incearca un 5W40 de la Mobil1 sau alta marca mai cunoscuta

Salutare,
Am si o problema cu Corsa(Z12XE) sotiei si anume se aprinde check-ul si eroarea este: "p0130 o2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1)". Ce mi se pare ciudat este ca se aprinde strict la drum lung, in oras merg sute de km si nu se aprinde insa cum ies in afara orasului dupa 20-30km la 100km/h se aprinde si nu se mai stinge decat din tester. Din ce am gasit pe forum problema nu ar fi sonda lambda ci debitmetrul.
Daca aveti vreo idee ce as putea sa verific, eventual valori ce pot fi citite cu opcomul.

P.S. Masina merge bine, trage bine, consumul e cam de 9-10 in oras dar nu o am de mult timp si nu stiu daca este normal sau nu

Am curatat mufa de la sonda lambda, desi era curata, dat cu spray de contacte si pus la loc. Pe langa asta am curatat si EGR, schimbat garniturile dar nu pot folosi masina ca am planetarele date jos sa schimb burdufele si cele comandate nu erau bune. Revin saptamana viitoare cu informatii.

La relanti debitmetrul arata valoarea corecta , Temperatura aerului in admisie la fel este corecta. Debitmetrul pare bun. Urmareste-l si in sarcina.
Aerisirea rezervorului de benzina functioneaza.
O problema este timpul de injectie mare. 6ms. Valoarea normala este 2,7-3,7ms. ECU tine injectorul deschis mai mult ca sa imbogateasca amestecul. In valorile de aici ambele sonde sunt pe Lean. Neconcludent . Trebuie urmarite intr-o inregistrare de parametri in mers.( valorile oferite si daca incalzirea sondei isi face treaba)
Deasemeni urmarite in inregistrare Long Term Fuel Trim si Short Term Fuel Trim. Aici se incadreaza in limita de plus /minus 5% dar e tot neconcludent.
