Probabil s-a intamplat ceva in interiorul ECU.
In concluzie, galeria este ok si ECU defect.

Lot's of time passed but I found the exact solution for twinport error. Actually some german dudes found it and write it on their forum and somebody on my country forums shared and now I'm sharing it with you.

Okey here is the solution:
1.Take out twinport module and clean it.
2.Reach out the sensor at twinport module left side of it.
3.There is two screews which hold this sensor rewind and losen this screews so the sensor can be adjustable.
4.Attach tech 2 your car while every sensor connected (not putted to gether you have still needed to reach 2 screws to calibrate.)
5.Open the voltage check if the port and try to reaching 0.3V by moving sensor and when you reach it rewind 2 screws and fix the position of the sensor.
6.Put together twinport module and intake manifold.
7.Clear if any eror code is existing.

Intrebare:

Merci.

Extras din TIS PT Z16 XEP 2003

PDA-System

A PDA system is being used for the first time in Opel petrol engines in the Z 16 XEP-engine. The abbreviation PDA stands for port deactivation.

Advantages from the use of the PDA-system

Increase in the EGR-rate
Extension of the speed range compatible with EGR
Acceleration of the combustion process in the EGR-free low load range
Improvement of smooth-running in the part load range because of high charge carrier mobility
Reduction of fuel consumption
Mode of Operation of the PDA-System

Closing one of the two intake ports per cylinder respectively leads to an increase in charge carrier mobility and therefore to rapid and stable ignition, thus providing the pre-condition for a high EGR-rate.
The use of exhaust gas recirculation then reduces the high combustion speed again to the point where the best possible compromise is reached with regard to combustion noise, untreated exhaust emissions, the knock limit and charge changing losses.
As a result, this produces a reduction in untreated exhaust emissions and a clear saving on fuel.
1. Vacuum unit
2. Injection valve
3. Switching valve
4. Inlet valves

Mode of Operation of the PDA-System

The switching valves, each positioned in the so-called filling port, are opened or closed by a shared actuating rod via a vacuum unit. To do this, the intake pipe has an integrated reservoir which permits a small number of switching operations even if the intake pipe vacuum is slight.
After starting the engine, a sufficient vacuum is normally present within a few seconds to trigger the actuating valve via the engine control unit. When not triggered, the valve opens by spring force, the vacuum unit is ventilated and the valves are opened by restoring springs in the vacuum unit and in the position sensor.
Engine control functions, which are dependent on the valve position, such as the EGR-rate and ignition are controlled via the position sensor dependent on the actual position of the switching valves.
The injection of the fuel takes place via new 2-jet injection valves, whereby one jet respectively supplies the filling and the swirl port.
To ensure that the switched off ports are flushed out, the switching valves have a slight defined leakage - the filling ports are therefore never completely closed.
Closing the switching valve is always demanded by the engine control unit when this will result in advantages with regard to fuel consumption and smooth-running which is generally the case when idling and in the part load range up to about half load and a speed of approx. 3000 rpm. As a consequence of this, the mixture drawn in mainly only flows through the port designed for swirl.
With the switching valve open, i.e. during full load and at high speeds, the mixture also flows through the second port, designed for optimum filling.
1. Vacuum unit
2. Actuating rod
3. Position sensor
4. Switching valves

PDA-System Diagnosis

By the determination of the actual valve position via the position sensor, the vehicle can still be driven without significant restrictions even if malfunctions may have arisen in the switching valve sector.
Therefore, possible customer complaints would be lack of smooth-running during idling or at part load with the valves stuck open or lack of performance at high speed with the valves stuck closed.
Switching valve faults are collected by the engine control unit via the position sensor and stored in the fault memory.
These can then be read off with TECH 2.

Si descrierea pt modeleledin 2004 tot din TIS:

Twinport system

The Twinport system, already in use in the Z 16 XEP DOHC-I petrol engine now also features on the two new members of the 2nd generation DOHC-0 petrol engine series, the Z 10 XEP and Z 14 XEP, albeit in modified form.

Advantages of Twinport

Greater movement of the charge
Combustion stabilisation
Increase in exhaust gas recirculation rate
Reduction in throttle losses
Reduction in fuel consumption
Special features

When the Twinport system is activated (part load), combustion is stabilised because of the increased movement of the charge. Thanks to more efficient combustion, both throttle and wall heat losses can be overcompensated for by the high EGR rates, resulting in a reduction in fuel consumption.
Advanced injection of the fuel onto the closed inlet valve
Stratification of the charge with a richer mixture at the point of ignition at the spark plug.
Inlet manifold with Twinport system

The structure of the inlet manifold is in principle the same for both the Z 10 XEP and Z 14 XEP engines. They only differ in length, which is tailored to the respective engine version (3-cylinder or 4-cylinder).

A vacuum unit actuates the Twinport system; the unit uses a shared actuation rod to close and open the flaps in the inlet ports.

Control valves - Twinport system

At idle when the vehicle speed signal = 0, the control flaps of the Twinport system are closed and the system is active.

As soon as the vehicle drives away, and a driving speed signal is thus present, the control valves are opened or closed, depending on the operating point (load, engine speed).

The engine control unit gives a command to the vacuum unit which in turn closes or opens the control flaps via the actuation rod.

• Service:
So as not to diagnose the Twinport system incorrectly when checking it, the following should be taken into account:

At idle and when the driving speed signal = 0, is when the vehicle is stationary, the control flaps must be closed, the actuation rod is withdrawn and there is a vacuum at the vacuum unit diaphragm.
When the vehicle is being started, the control flaps are opened and after a short while (a few seconds) the control flaps are closed when the vehicle is at idle and the driving speed signal = 0.

Control flaps opened
Control flaps closed

2. Connection for engine wiring harness
3. Vacuum hose
4. Vacuum tank (engine control unit removed)

The following diagram shows the Twinport system in both activated and deactivated states.

Twinport system active with closed control flap

Twinport sensor

The Twinport sensor incorporated into the inlet manifold records whether the Twinport flaps are open or closed and sends this message to the engine control unit.

There, the signal of the Twinport sensor is compared with the specified setpoint position.

• Service:
The control flaps cannot be exchanged or replaced.

In sfarsit am reusit sa repar masina in totalitate, nu mai are nici o eroare si trage foarte bine si liniar.
