Motor Z13DT/H - discutii generale

Revin cu precizari privind zgomotul de avion. M-am uitat mai atent si se pare ca in partea stanga pe sub motor undeva in fata rotii , exact in spatele barei de protectie se afla o chestie de metal care scoate aer cald afara , si in momentul in care il scoate se aude acel zgomot de avion. Ce rol are ? E normal ? Sau poate ca a fost lovita si din cauza aceasta desi ea functioneaza normal e zgomotoasa?

La Corsa mea se aude un zgomot ciudat dimineata in partea stanga a motorului, unde se afla cureaua. Motorul merge rotund dar acest zgomot e ciudat. Deasemenea e un "fasait", de parca ar scapa aer pe undeva. Sunt incepator la capitolul DIESEL.

General Description (Eberspaecher System)

Use of the Water-Heating Unit

Note: The water-heating unit serves, combined with the vehicle's own heating system

to heat the interior of the vehicle
to defrost the vehicle windows
to preheat water-cooled engines
The heating unit is connected to the cooling water circuit, the vehicle's electrical system and fuel system.

Caution

Before switching on or preprogramming the heating mode, set the heating lever of the vehicle - if present on the vehicle - to "HOT" (maximum position) and the fan to "slow mode" (low power consumption). If vehicles have automatic heating, before switching off the ignition, turn the heating lever to "MAX" and the flap position required to "OPEN".

Note: It is essential to read the operating instructions before using the heating unit for the first time.

The auxiliary heating (HYDRONIC) must always be switched off when refuelling.

The HYDRONIC may not be operated in garages.

Disconnect the vehicle battery before undertaking any work on the HYDRONIC.

Always switch off the HYDRONIC before undertaking repair work and allow all hot components to cool down - risk of burns and injuries.

Important instructions for the installation and repair of the HYDRONIC auxiliary heating

Modifications to the HYDRONIC or to components relevant to heating, use of components from third parties which have not been approved and installation or operation deviating from legal or safety requirements and/or those relevant to function in the installation instructions and in the operating instructions are not permissible; this applies particularly to the electrical wiring (circuit diagrams), the fuel supply, the routing of the combustion air and exhaust gases.

Installations which have not been approved will result in the cancellation of the General Design Approval for the heating unit and therefore of the General Operating Permit for the vehicle.

Heating units, which state diesel or petrol as the fuel on the type plate, may not be operated with VME (vegetable methyl ester).

The careful bleeding of the water circuit (including heating unit) after assembly or repairs is the pre-condition for perfect functioning of the equipment:

1. Fill the heating unit and water hoses with coolant after installation but before connection to the water circuit. The vent screw must be open during filling. If water emerges from the aperture in the vent screw, the heating unit has been bled. Close the vent screw again.

Ok , atunci spune-mi si mie te rog,
1)ce relevanta are butonul acela in operarea acestui sistem de incalzire auxiliar
2) poate fi programat sa porneasca la o anumita ora ? sau cu motorul oprit? daca da cum?
3) Existe alte setari in afara de acel buton?
