NU stiu de ce nu iese cum trebuie cu distanta intre ele! In fine primele valori de la stanga spre dreapta sunt de la vectra bleo, si cele din dreapta sunt de la vectra gri!

Salutare!

De jos in sus:
-ventilator activ: la masina cu el activ, era motorul cald, si pornise prima treapta
-senzor rezervor: voltajul difera datorita diferentei de cantitate a carburantului din rezervor, deci cantitati diferite de motorina in rezervor.
-presiune diferentiala: creste in functie de gradul saturatiei al dpf-ului, probabil ca la una din din masini dpf-ul era mai incarcat
-timp injectie: momentul in care injectorul se pulverizeaza, in functie de rotatia arborelui, posibil sa difere datorita temperaturilor motoarelor, nu stiu sigur.
-cantitatea de motorina/cursa: difera datorita timpului de injectie, probabil unul din motoare era rece.
-cuplu motor: in functie de cate subansamble trebuie sa actioneze, motorul trebuie sa dezvolte o forta mai mare, probabil difera datorita cuplarii compresorului de AC, sau chiar a acelei diferente mici de turatie la relanti.
-la clima nu ma pricep
-pozitia EGR influenteaza urmatoarele: masa de aer calculat, si masa de aer citita de debitmetru, acestea difera datorita pozitiei EGR-ului 100% vs 40%
-turatie ax came, daca imi amintesc bine, pe op-com se afiseaza in pasi de 25rpm. In motor, axul cu came se roteste la jumatate din viteza arborelui cotit. S-ar putea ca din cauza ca turatia de relanti a primului motor este 849rpm, ti s-a afisat o viteza a axului cu came de 400rpm.

Adi esti tare! mersi mult! Am sa fac acelasi test inca odata dar cu motoarele incalzite la 90! intradevar unul a fost mai cald si unul mai rece, si anume cea albastra era mai cald motorul si cea gri mai rece dar sa nu uitam si de faptul ca la cea gri s-a facut o resoftare pana la aproximativ 160cp! Am si inca doua teste cu ambele masini facute in mers pe o distanta de ~1km! Ambele plecate de pe loc, cu schimbari la ~3500 de ture si ridicate la viteze de 140 sau mai mult! NU le-am mai pus ca sunt foarte greu de urmarit ca genereaza infformatii pe aproape fiecare milisecunda si sunt multe date! Ar fi fost bun altceva cu care sa se interpreteze decat excelul! Parca vazusem ceva de grafic dar nu stiu ce si cum! Oricum am sa le incarc si pe alea maine si daca este cineva destul de curios poate sa le descarce! Smile) Mersi inca odata adi!

Salutare!

Daca una e resoftata, e normal sa ai diferente intre ele la tot ce tine de presiunea turbo, presiunea din rampa, cantitate de motorina injectata, iar diferenta de cuplu la relanti este justificata.

Da am sa mai facun test si cu ele la temperatura de lucru! Am eu niste chestii care le vad acum si vreau sa vad cum se comporta si la aceeasi temperatura! Ma refer la consum, cu toate ca cea bleo era incalzita mai bine decat cea gri, tot ea consuma mai mult! vedem si la urmatorul test! Acum am sa pun si testele in mers pentru ambele modele!

Detin o vectra c 19 cdti 88kw motor z19dt si ca si unii am si eu o problema.
Demaraj puturos pana la 2500 rotatii pe min.
-inlocuit componente turbina si geometrie variabila
-curatat EGR
-curatat clapeta acceleratie

si totusi nu merge corect.aaa si fara coduri de eroare

Am tot incercat sa rezolv problema cu demarajul greoi si lipsa de putere dar se pare ca nimeni din Vaslui nu se pricepe la acest tip de motor( Raspunsul lor a fost:"cauta pe cineva care se pricepe la acest tip de motor" Sad )
Mai nou dupa cum au observat si baietii de la diferitele service-uri se aude un suierat puternic atunci cand o accelerez(unii au spus posibil furtun spart,altii ca se aude din turbina,niciunul ceva concret).
Am incercat trei debitmetre,nimic,egr nou-nimic.
Ma poate ajuta cineva din Iasi sau Vaslui cu aceasta problema contracost bineinteles?

Am si eu o intrebare....de curand am in curte si al doilea Opel, un Astra H Z19dt
M-am jucat eu cu Op-comul putin pe el si mi s-a parut o chestie ciudata in raport cu ce am citit pe aici si anume Boost Command Pressure -120kpa si Boost Pressure 98kpa,.....pe aici am vazut ca la toti cu motorul asta au presiunea ceruta de 104kpa....de unde diferenta?
