Diverse vicii de fabricatie la OPEL

Mama! eu am fost printre primii care s-au luat de omul asta!

Ca sa punem pct. eu zic ca adevarul e urmatorul:
Opelul e o masina satisfacatoare ca si pret / calitate atat ca masina de noua cat si piese / consumabile. Desigur ca era loc de mai mult, dar traim intr-o societate de consum, in care e clar ca, dupa o perioada de timp trebuie sa schimbam produsul cu altul nou.
Calitatea se plateste si optionalele!


Desigur ca si eu am o intrebare catre producator de ce a folosit in pi....a lu m...sa asa sistem prost la air bag-ul volanului si cauciuc de kkt.........

Subject: Engine and Drivetrain Control Module (3.2V6/6VD1 and 4L-30E) -
Diagnostic Trouble codes set if SPS Programming is attempted


Complaint: Engine Management warning lamp illuminates. DTCs P0601 and
P1125 present.

Cause: Power Control System is not SPS programmable.

Remedy: The 3.2V6 (6VD1) Power Control System ECU is not SPS
Programmable. In the event of SPS programming being attempted,
either to a replacement unit or as a service upgrade, the
diagnostic trouble codes listed above will be set and cannot
be erased, making it necessary to replace the unit.
When fitting a new unit, the only programming function
necessary via Tech2 is the initialisation of the immobiliser
function, which should be carried out in accordance with
TIS2000 Checking procedures.

Subject: Interior Trim - Painted interior trim surfaces damaged by air
refreshers


Complaint: Customer complains about loosing paint on interior trim
components like radio, dashboard, switches and the center
console.

Cause: Painted surfaces will be attacked and damaged by usage of air
refreshers in vehicles. Air refreshers contain aggressive
ingredients therefore it should be avoid to get in direct
contact with painted surfaces.

Remedy: Customers have to be informed about this concern. Often a hint
is even printed on the air refresher packaging that every
contact with painted surfaces has to be avoided. Parts damaged
by usage of air refreshers in the vehicle will not be accepted
by warranty.

Atit pentru azi....Cine este "open mind" intelege....cine nu....baneaza(sau editeaza postarile....doar este mult mai simplu).

Movano - Steering Wheel

Problem:
The steering wheel may vibrate so impairing control of the vehicle.

Cause:
The steering wheel mounting not tightened according to specification.

Remedy:
Replace steering wheel and fix with new bolt according attached tightening procedure.

Vehicle Marking:
All vehicles, which have been reworked according to this information, have to be clearly marked by a green dot on the inner side of the cover, fuse box (below steering column).

Rework Details:









1. Disconnect battery negative lead
• Remove nut
Warning: Follow universal safety regula-tions when handling airbag components.

2. Remove drivers airbag (1) from steering wheel
• Release 2x clip
• Release locking tag
• Disconnect harness connector

3. Remove, then discard, steering wheel from vehicle
Note: Steering wheel should be in a straight-ahead position before removing.
• Remove bolt, then discard
• Feed airbag harness through aper-ture in steering wheel






4. Install new steering wheel to vehicle
• Feed airbag harness through aper-ture in steering wheel
• Install new bolt

Important:

• Pretighten to 50 Nm ± 15%
• Loosen the bolt by one turn (360°)
• Rethighten the bolt to a torque of
44 Nm



5. Install drivers airbag (1) to steering wheel
• Connect harness connector
• Secure locking tag
• Secure 2x clip
6. Connect battery negative lead
• Install nut 12 Nm

7. Program all volatile memories

Movano - Power Steering Fluid Reservoir

Problem:
Power steering fluid reservoir may become detached from its bracket, which may result in a loss of power steering hydraulic fluid.

Cause:
Power steering fluid reservoir bracket securing lug deformed.

Remedy:
Secure power steering fluid reservoir to bracket with an additional retaining strap. (See figure 01 and 02 below)

Z18XE, Z18XEL - Engine Telltale

Problem:
Engine telltale / MIL might come on and trouble code P0335 ( 8 ) is set due to a problem of the diagnosis software.

Cause:
Software calibration is not according to specification.

Remedy:
Reprogram Engine Control Unit with modified TECH2 software update CD 51.1.
All vehicles with a green dot or a white cross on the Engine Control Unit are already reprogrammed by the plant and can be released immediately to the customer. Please do not hand over vehicles which have not been reworked.

Note: Modified TECH2 software is available as an update CD 51.1 and covers the above mentioned issue only.

Vehicle Marking:
All vehicles, which have been reworked according to this information, have to be clearly marked by a green dot on the Engine Control Unit.

Affected:
Corsa C, Meriva, Astra G, Astra H, Zafira A, Vectra C and Signum - MY 2004 - Only vehicles with Z18XE or Z18XEL engine are affected.

bai "open mind" du-te si cauta-ne in alta parte, vezi poate ne gasesti ... acolo.

Hai te rog , gaseste-mi ceva si de Z20LEL ca-s tare curios ... ceva care sa zica ca are paletele de la turbina de la 747 si motor de platina stantate seriile cu aur

In TIS exista o parte de informari service si remedieri.
Orice service din reteaua Opel primeste prin mail ultimele noutati si mi se pare corect.
Nu stiu de unde le are dar personal mi se par binevenite atita timp cit nu am acces facil la ele din alte surse.
Si eu am citit tirziu in TIS cu modificarea chederului capota (35lei) si chestia asta m-a costat un debitmetru de 650lei. Baietii de la Opel au luat caroseria de Suzuki dar nu si motorul cu priza de aer...

Decit sa ne certam aiurea mai bine facem o baza de date pe modele cu aceste informari, mi se par binevenite. Daca el ne ajuta la asta si nu mai declara ca Opel e o masina proasta (ne atinge direct) eu zic sa ridicam suspendarea. Orice masina are probleme specifice, pina si un Mercedes are bube de fabricatie.
