salut baieti..am si eu un astra g 2001 ,z18xe 92kw/125cp si azi l-am pus pe tester. am obtinut urmatoarele erori :

le-a mai intanlit cineva pe aici? .eu cred ca sunt de vina sondele lambda si posibil debitmetrul..ma insel ?am curatat clapeta acceleratie,era un pik murdara,am strans totul bine la loc .
deci? astept ceva pareri de la cei care au avut asemenea coduri de eroare si care au fost rezolvarile.multumesc anticipat.

se pare ca trebuie sa schimbi prima sonda lambda.
am spus „se pare„ pt. ca problema poate sa fie si din ECU, adica acesta sa nu mai vada sonda.

kestia este urmatoarea : masina nu consuma excesiv,pe bucuresti cu AC imi ia undeva la 10-11% iar afara stau pe 7-8% ..adica e ceva normal pt mine ca asa a consumat mereu,si am masina de 2 ani jumatate..am uitat sa mentionez erorile sunt aceleasi si cu si fara catalizator !

Indicatiile sondei lambda nr. 1 nu sunt influentate de lipsa/prezenta catalizatorului. Eroarea P0140 cred ca a aparut dupa ce ai scos catalizatorul (normal, sonda lambda nr. 2 este dupa catalizator). Dupa parerea mea sonda lambda nr. 1 este defecta sau mufa este oxidata/nu face contact bine (pt. ca in afara de eroarea legata de circuitul de incalzire al sondei, restlul erorilor sunt intermitente). Desigur, varianta mai nasoala ar fi aceea in care contactele imperfecte sunt la ECU nu la sonda (si nu exclud nici asta pt. ca tot intermitent apare se pare eroarea P0500 care n-are nici o legatura cu sondele lambda).

bun...mc de explicatii..dar treaba e urmatoarea..decand am masina merge la fel,nu sa skimbat nik in mersul ei..putere are,consumul nu e mare...de retinut urmatoarele : sondele sunt aftermarket ! acuma sunt in proces de cautare sonde originale SH...dar erorile acestea erau si inainte sa dau jos CAT-ul..deci cre ca ma uit nitel la ECU maine sa vdm ce gasesc si am sa va tin la curent..multumesc de explicatii .

am uitat sa precizez p0500 aparea datorita faptului ca nu imi mergea stopul pe frana,aveam ambele becuri arse !

m-am uitat la mufele sondelor lambda si sunt curate,mufele de la ECU curate !..clar : SONDELE LAMBDA ? si o sa schimb si debitmetrul ,doar sa vad dc se schimba ceva.

P0135 - GM Type Powertrain - Fuel and Air Metering - ISO/SAE Controlled
Description

HO2S- Heater Circuit Conditions
Location Bank 1 Sensor 1
Cause

No CKP, ECT, EGR, EVAP, Fuel Trim, Fuel Injector, IAT, MAP, Misfire or TP sensor codes set, ECT and IAT sensor inputs less than 95°F and within 11°F of each other at startup, average MAF sensor airflow for sample period less than 20 g/sec, system voltage from 8-18v, then the PCM detected that the HO2S-11 signal remained within 150 mv of bias voltage (450 mv) for over 30-90 seconds (actual time is from 42 seconds up to 2 minutes).


P0130 - GM Type Powertrain - Fuel and Air Metering - ISO/SAE Controlled
Description

HO2S Circuit Conditions Engine running, ECT input more than 167°F and the PCM detected that the HO2S-11 signal was fixed between 400-550 mv, or the signal was always less than 55 mv or always more than 400 mv.

Cause

DTC P0107, P0108, P0117, P0118, P0122, P0123, P0131, P0132, P0134, P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P0300, P0325, P0336, P0440, P0442, P0446, P0502, P0601, P0602, P1441 and P1621 not set, engine runtime over 3 minutes, engine speed 1200-3400 rpm, throttle position 10-40%, ECT input more than 149°F, all conditions met for two seconds, then the PCM detected the engine was not in closed loop for 5 seconds of the 125 seconds test.

Description

Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Performance Conditions
Cause

Engine speed at 1400-4000 rpm, MAP sensor input less than 0.5v (23 kPa or 3 psi) for over 5 seconds, gear selector not in Park or Neutral on A/T models, then the PCM did not receive any VSS signals. The resistance of the VSS is 800-1600 ohms. iVote: The PCM will calculate the vehicle speed using engine speed and MAP sensor signals, but the speedometer will not work.

deci : sondele lambda,debitmetrul si bobina le schimb clar ! fara drept de apel..senzorul de viteza dadea eroare pt ca aveam becurile pe stop pe frana arse ! si eu m-am mirat de atunci nu am mai avut nici o eroare de genul ala.am op-com personal si o vad aproape saptamanal Smile) daca se poate spune asa.

am skimbat debitmetrul,clapeta acceleratie si bobina..mi se pare ca merge mai bine..Smile)) dar acuma cine stie..consumul este acelasi oricum..poate mi se pare doar...urmeaza sondele lambda,si am sa va tin la curent.
