Salutare, inevitabilul s-a produs Sad (cu ajutorul unui taximetrist neatent si putina viteza), iata-ma in situatia de a schimba radiatoarele (AC si racire))

Desi au fost numai putin indoite, cu "insistentele" de rigoare inspectorul de la BT (sper sa nu aveti de-a face cu aceasta casa de asigurari cand vine vorba de despagubire, mai ales pe RCA) a hotarat schimbarea lor cu reperele originale GM.

Stiti cumva cat lichid de racire este necesar in instalatia unui Z22SE? Se tine cont de tipul lichidului? (am auzit zvonuri ca ar trebui pt. motoarele astea noi, un lichid special, ba mai rosu, ba mai albastru.. cate guri atatea pareri!)

Si de asemenea pt. instalatia de aer conditionat, stiti cumva care e cantitatea de freon necesara?

Only use 09 194 431 / 19 40 650 anti-freeze and ensure a concentration of 50% (min. 3 l).

Condenser and Receiver-Dryer for Astra-G and Zafira

A new condenser is installed in the Astra-G and Zafira with Model Year 2002.

This modification applies to all engine versions, except the Z 20 LET engine.

In technical terms, the new condenser differs due to the receiver-dryer integrated in the condenser.

In contrast to the condensers installed to date, it is possible to replace a cartridge which contains the drying agent. With the introduction of the new condenser, the receiver-dryer, which was otherwise attached to the side of the condenser, has been discontinued.

• Service:
The new condenser also has an effect on the servicing of the air conditioning. The previous filling quantities for the Astra-G and Zafira of 700 g are now reduced to 600 g of refrigerant R134a.

For the Zafira with rear A/C the previous filling quantity of 950 g is reduced to 800 g of refrigerant R134a.

The replacement of the drying agent cartridge is described in the service literature.

All affected vehicles are provided with information plates regarding the corresponding filling quantities in the engine compartment.

Ma intereseaza si pe mine, ca nu am gasit nicaieri, cantitatea necesara de antigel (lichid de racire) la un Corsa C 1.7DTI (Y17DT) cu AC. Tipul de freon, pe de alta parte, presupun ca e acelasi. Multumiri anticipate.

Use only anti-freeze 19 40 656 / 90 297 545 (blue) up to MY 2001 and only anti-freeze 19 49 650 / 09 194 431 (red) as of MY 2001 and ensure a concentration of 50 % water and 50 % anti-freeze.

Refrigerant: R 134a
Coolant filling quantity 560 grams (Y 17 DT)

multumesc frumos, am inteles cum e cu cantitatile..
dar ca sa ma lamuresc si eu, ce este condenser-ul? este chiar radiatorul? sau alta piesa care se schimba odata cu radiatorul?

Si ce fel de "drying agent" trebuie pus (si unde anume?) ? Este si ala ceva special?
