Revin cu update. Se pare ca au gasit problema, e de cascadorii rasului. Sub efort mare (curba puternica, frana puternica, bordura inalta), prima spita de jos atinge flansa amortizorului. Problema e bine cunoscuta in servicurile autorizate Opel si se rezolva cu circa 80RON: se completeaza cu manson pe spita de jos pana se acopera toata.

Complaint: Squeaking noise.
Cause: Friction between metal and plastic.
Production: Improved parts have been introduced in produktion as of VIN:- W0L0AHL3572163939 / 27.03.2007 / Werk Bochum; - W0L0AHM757G123861 / 05.04.2007 / Werk Gliwice; - W0L0AHL4878083569 / 03.04.2007 / Werk Ellesmere Port; -W0L0AHL0875158016 / 29.03.2007 / Werk Antwerp.
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint remove rear axle from mounting bracket
and install a new special washer (partnumber: 13267216 /
cataloguenumber: 54 02 639).

Complaint: Customer complaint about a metallic noise between 2000 and 2500 RPM, coming from the right hand front side during driving. This noise is coming from the RH side drive shaft but not from the transmission.
Cause: Insufficient grease.
Production: New grease ( XHP 222 ) has been introduced in production.
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint the connection between drive shaft and
transmission shaft has to be greased with special grease XHP 222
(see picture I, arrow).
Special grease XHP 222 can be ordered as special part S-10628.
Note: Special parts can be ordered via e-mail-address
"etac-special-parts@de.gm.com".

front stabilizer have been greased by the dealer.
Note: To grease or to oil the stabilizer bushing is not allowed, see

Cause: Tumbling of shift sleeve inside transmission causes vibration of internal shift system. This vibration is transmitted to the shift cable.
Production: Introduction of damped shift cables with 3 crimped steel sleeves in production to reduce vibrations with the following VIN´s: - Plant Bochum with VIN W0L0AHL4872238037 (11.07.07); - Plant Ellesmereport with VIN W0L0AHL4878117587 (11.07.07); - Plant Antwerp with VIN W0L0AHL0875215657 (17.08.07).
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint install new shift cables with the crimped
steel sleeves. The part number remains unchanged.

Nici asta nu cred ca e. Zgomotul meu e pe partea stanga si apare la G-uri mari. Nu apare concomitent cu varful G-ului, ci are o intarziere de cateva sutimi de secunda, de parca o piesa revine la locul ei, producand un soc.
